Returns.
Ariel Veith Ceramics is a small, artist-owned business, please keep in mind that all sales are final and returns cannot be made for any reason beyond receiving the wrong item or if there is a complication or error on our part. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Policy + Facts.
By purchasing Ariel Veith Ceramics you are acknowledging that:
-Each item is handmade and will show the marks of this process.
- Each object is unique, bearing the same colors and similarities, with differences in applications of glazes and slight variations in size.
- All objects are made with attention to detail including remnants of the hand at work in intentional imperfections.
Care/Cleaning.
All items intended for food use are dishwasher and microwave safe. Please beware that any objects with lighter glazes (especially matte finishes) or unglazed objects can become tinted by exposure to highly pigmented foods or beverages and may be marked by contact with metal objects, in particular, utensils. All vases intended for flowers must be glazed on the interior of the vessel. Otherwise, the water will seep through the porous ceramic and potentially damage any surface it is place on.
